ABOUT ME

Szymon SÅ‚ojewski

I am an operations management expert with over 15 years of international experience. I successfully introduce Lean, SixSigma, WCM or Kaizen models at various levels of organizations. I am a graduate of the GdaÅ„sk University of Technology, where I completed optoelectronics, Lean SixSigma postgraduate studies and MBA studies.

I have been involved in production and logistics for years, mainly in the area of building materials, heavy industry and electronics. I have the pleasure to work with leaders in their industry. I supervised the production and supply chain of several plants in Europe. I have also launched a start-up with the implementation of a completely innovative product on the market.

 

I am currently working as an independent advisor, supporting companies in ownership supervision and in launching key projects. In addition, I strongly work in the area of personal development as a mentor both professionally and pro bono as part of Early Warning Europe.
